I ordered the Season's Greetings Sunday Club & Flower Garden. Sunday Club is great, but Flower Garden came scratched up. I messaged the company on 1/1. It is now 1/17 with no response. I have tried to contact Dreamcatcher Company Store three times since then, but no one has given me a response.
I also had trouble after ordering from the Pop-Up Store. I did not recieve any response to my inquiries as to where my items were until I asked a Korean friend to call. This is not a one time issue. I fear it is now the usual with this store.
I used to think highly of Dreamcatcher Store, but they have become unreliable. What's worse, they don't respond despite numerous attempts to contact them. I am losing hope that they will resolve my issue with my brand new merchandise being damaged, and I don't think I will ever buy from them again. It makes me sad, because this is a beautiful set.
It's such a shame. I used to brag about Dreamcatcher Company actually caring about ther international fans. I used to say you were the only ones who responded in a timely manner. I felt safe with you. What happened?
